By scheduling, requesting an estimate, or interacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If not, please refrain from using our services.
When you contact us via phone, email, or text, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. All notices, agreements, and communications we provide electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communications.
Blitz does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Under 18s may use our services only with parental permission.
Our communications may include links to third-party services. Blitz has no control over these and is not responsible for their practices or content. Links do not imply endorsement.
Our content and services must only be used for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. All branding, text, and images are property of Blitz and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Blitz operates from the UK. If you access our content or services outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blitz, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
All services and information are provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy and reliability, Blitz makes no warranties regarding our services, and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits.
We strive to complete all cleaning efficiently and on schedule, but timelines may vary due to workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. All timeframes are best estimates, not guarantees. Please ensure access to required areas during our hours:

Blitz reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel services at our discretion and, where feasible, will provide notice and allow you to remedy the issue.
These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The most current version will apply. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
